The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division is getting in the OTA game with the award of the Strategic & Spectrum Missions Advanced Resilient Trusted Systems (S²MARTS) OTA.
The National Security Technology Accelerator (NSTXL) will manage this OTA for the development of prototypes electromagnetic spectrum dangers, trusted microelectronics, and strategic mission hardware.
